Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take care to ensure your items arrive safely. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us at hello@articulife.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and may provide a replacement at no cost to you. Please note, we do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot control delays caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors during shipping. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
