Order Processing Times
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Your order is considered dispatched when it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us at hello@articulife.com. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been handed over to the courier, we will do our best to assist you. We recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim, and we’ll follow up with them on your behalf. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located.
